DeMolay Lexicon: November 17

A crime has been committed, and it’s your job to solve it! Think you have the lexicon to find the person behind the demise of State Master Councilor Montayo Cardoza? Then come to the DeMolay Lexicon and serve justice! But first… what is a lexicon?

A lexicon is the vocabulary of a person, language, or branch of knowledge. The DeMolay Lexicon is a state event meticulously designed to enhance your knowledge for the betterment of yourself and your chapter. Join your fellow DeMolays from around the state on Saturday, November 17, at the Worcester Masonic Building for a brand-new event.

Running from 12:30 pm until 4:45 pm, you will engage in workshops and challenges to build a new host of skills revolving around investigation and media, but with a twist! It will be your task to use your lexicon to solve the mystery of the murder of SMC Cardoza! With your newfound skills, and the aid of Detective Rontayo Tartoza, III, you will deliver justice for our SMC and be prepared to tackle challenges in your home chapter! The day will conclude with a dinner where we can come together and revel in our combined successes and laughter.

There is no cost to attend. Registration is open and will run until November 10, 2018. This themed event is the first of its kind with a unique focus on media skills (film, images, communication, investigation). The content is fresh and the stakes are high. Be on the lookout for case files leading up to the event so you can get a head start on the investigation.
